Who we are
This site is run by EMFIGO LTD, registered in England and Wales (company no. 12050728), registered office Apollo House, Hallam Way, Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool, FY4 5FS. EMFIGO LTD is the controller of the personal data described here, and can be reached at contact@emfigo.com.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else — this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and keeps no access logs of its own.
Why, and on what basis
To read your message and reply to it. The lawful basis is EMFIGO LTD's legitimate interest in answering people who get in touch (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Your details are not used for marketing, and are never sold or shared for anyone else's use.
Who else handles it
Trusted service providers that host this site and deliver the contact form handle your message on EMFIGO LTD's behalf, under contracts that allow them to use it for nothing else. Some of them may process it outside the UK, always with the safeguards UK law requires. Nobody else receives it.
How long it is kept
For as long as the conversation needs it, and no longer than 24 months after the last message. Then it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, and to have it corrected, deleted, restricted or transferred, or object to its use — write to contact@emfigo.com. If you are unhappy with how your data was handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
